Chuck Kluenker is Vanir’s Vice President and Executive Director of Education. Regarded as a leader in the program, project and construction management (PMCM) industry, he brings over 40 years of diversified experience in executive-level leadership, PMCM and design.
Having operated as the principal-in-charge on many large-scale programs and projects for both public and private entities, Chuck has served in management and executive capacities in the Northern California region since 1986. Many of these programs and projects have ranged from $10 million to more than $2.2 billion in construction value. He currently assists with marketing and sales, project planning and start-up, quality assurance, client relations and installing best practices for Vanir clients nationwide.
Chuck graduated from the University of Wisconsin, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a fellow of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and has served as CMAA national president, chair of its Committee on Standards of Practice and as a member of the Certification Board of Governors.
