As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Bob Fletcher has dedicated much of his career to furthering Vanir’s mission and accelerating company growth and success. He is responsible for working with our corporate and regional project, marketing, business development and leadership teams to create and execute strategic plans that build on our existing portfolio and identify emerging market opportunities within the areas we serve.
Bob, who recently celebrated 20 years of service to Vanir, has developed a high standard for business, positioning himself and the company at the forefront of opportunities. With an unparalleled understanding of the markets we serve and a knack for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and industry peers, he has established Vanir (and himself) as the go-to partner for public and private sector clients throughout the country.
Bob has held leadership and membership positions in many professional organizations, including the Construction Management Association of America, the California Association of School Business Officials, the California Coalition for Adequate School Housing, the California State Association of Counties, the League of California Cities, the Texas Association of School Administrators/Texas Association of School Boards and more.
