As Vanir’s Executive Vice President of Business Strategy, Avygail Sanchez collaborates with our regional areas, business development and marketing departments, as well as government relations consultants. Through these partnerships, she helps develop strategies to increase brand recognition, drive growth, educate elected and appointed officials and ensure consistency across the company.
A seasoned leader, Avygail has more than two decades of experience in facilitating leadership development programs and project coordination in the areas of government and community engagement and advocacy, multi-agency coordination and community planning. Having worked for multiple global architecture and engineering firms, she also brings long-term industry relationships and national experience in business development, bid preparation, government relations and operations experience. Her time spent working in the public sector as council staff for the City of Los Angeles means she is also very familiar with city, state and federal agencies and their functions.
Avygail holds a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She is also a proud member of the Construction Management Association of America.
