The Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building in Downtown Sacramento has recently been presented with three prestigious awards.
The Sacramento Business Journal recognized the Library and Courts Renovation Project as one of the “2012-13 Best Real Estate Projects.” Eight awards were presented and the Library and Courts project won for best historic renovation. The project was featured on the front cover of a special insert to the Business Journal publication for outstanding projects.
This $50 million construction renovation project received another award in San Francisco for “Best Historic Renovation Project Design,” which was awarded to the design team by the Historic Preservation Society.
In addition, the project received an award of merit in the category of Renovation/Restoration for this year’s ENR California “Best Project Awards”. The project will be highlighted in the December 2nd issue of ENR California and will then be commemorated at the “Best Projects Awards” breakfast in San Francisco later this year.
Congratulations to all involved for a job well done!
