Delivery of Design-Build Project
Vanir's project/construction management services successfully delivered the new 3,000,000 gallon, in-ground reservoir, a pump station, and a 1500 GPM well with arsenic mitigation. The goal of this design-build project was to provide water to the Town of Gilbert's Zone #4 water area, which at the time was being served by the City of Mesa.

Vanir placed particular emphasis on quality, schedule, and cost control throughout all phases of the project. An example of Vanir’s many activities include:

  • Assisting in establishing design standards and criteria, and cost estimating;
  • Creating and implementing a Project Management Plan and Master Project Schedule;
  • Monitoring construction quality and progress throughout project;
  • Preparing monthly reports;
  • Reviewing final construction documents, schedule and progress reports, change orders, and close-out documents; and
  • Conducting warranty inspection and walk-thru.

Another Success
Vanir was successful in meeting the Town of Gilbert's expectations of a project/construction manager by delivering a new reservoir, pump station and well within the required scope for the budgeted amount, and the allotted timeframe. Vanir successfully facilitated all communication with and among the Town of Gilbert and all team members.
