Vanir Leads Another Success
Vanir's construction management services led to the successful delivery of this new, 36-million gallon per day wastewater pumping station.

The pump station is mostly below grade, which required deep, shored excavation. The cast-in-place concrete is clad with brick veneer. As an unmanned facility, it has extensive instrumentation and controls, allowing for remote operation.

Our services included effective change order management, office engineering, document control, claims analysis, scheduling, estimating, CADD drafting, and community relations during the two year construction period.
