CM Services for Major System Upgrade
Vanir's construction management services delivered the wastewater collection treatment system upgrade on schedule and within budget. The California Men's Colony (CMC) services Camp San Luis Obispo, Cuesta College, the County of San Luis Obispo, and the County Superintendent of Schools.

The project involved the construction of the new 1.2 million gallons per day wastewater treatment plant, and replacement of approximately 22,000 linear feet of 12 to 24-inch diameter trunk sewer line. The scope of work consisted of two phases and included services such from clearing and demolition, to the construction of headworks, influent and RAS/WAS pump stations, chlorination storage buildings, clarifiers and filters, a bio-solids dewatering building, and three pipe bridges.

At the request from the State, Vanir developed a start-up and commissioning plan for the project.
