The Orange County Transportation Authority, in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), contracted for professional and technical consultant services to provide inspection services for three I-5 South construction projects.

Vanir, as a subconsultant, provided construction support services on the I-5 from Ortega Highway to PCH project. This project consisted of high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes constructed in each direction and ramp meters installed on all southbound on ramps. All on-and-off ramps were modified or reconstructed.
