Overview of a Successful Program
Vanir provided program, project and construction management services for the 1997 Measure S modernization program that successfully modernized 75 schools.

We assisted the district in the passage of Measure J, and are continuing our services in leading the district in managing these additional projects.

The projects were constructed utilizing both trade contracting/multiple prime and single general contract delivery systems.
