Modernization of Twenty-Five Schools
As the construction manager for the District's modernization program, Vanir is providing services for 25 schools, including 18 elementary, 5 middle and 2 high schools. Our services began in 2001 and include full service management of both pre-construction and construction phases.

Going Above and Beyond
Our commitment to the client led to services "above and beyond" our contract in several ways.

We were retained to do only project-level estimates and schedules, but it became apparent that the district needed overall program estimates (including soft costs) and schedules. We moved in to help and agreed to provide the program-level efforts as part of our basic services.

Due to the two to four year delay in funding of the program, we were asked to re-estimate and re-schedule all projects when the funding became available. Again, we responded with these additional services as part of our basic contract.

Our flexibility and commitment to the district helped make this a successful program.
