Major Renovation - Delivered with Success!
Vanir's construction management services delivered the One-Stop Center Renovation project within budget and on time; students were able to use the new facility at the beginning of the 2007-2008 school year.

The scope of work in Building R included renovations to meet programmatic space needs for the Kitchen and Dining Areas, Bookstore, Career Center, Health Services, Computer Lab, Counseling and several other departments.

The modernization in Building P provided one large classroom, three standard size classrooms, men's and women's restrooms, four offices, and large custodial space.

The project also included new operable windows, lighting, electrical and mechanical system upgrades with new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
