St. Joseph's Medical Center - Women and Children's Pavilion and Parking Structure
Stockton, CA

Delivering Success on an Important Healthcare Project Vanir's project management services are delivering the new Women and Children's Pavilion (WCP) addition to the existing main hospital. This addition will be comprised of four floors with a walkway connecting the second story of the pavilion to the main hospital.

The existing facility has 294 beds and the WCP will add 78 new beds. The project includes a new, stand-alone central plant, and a single-level underground garage for approximately 100 additional parking spaces.

Safety First
The WCP is bordered on three sides by busy public streets and is directly adjacent to the main entry of the hospital. Vanir has worked with the project team, the City, and the hospital staff to ensure circulation and patient safety is not compromised during construction.
