Vanir celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Conejo Valley USD's new Westlake High School Carpenter
Family Theater during a sold out event that included students, staff and members of the community, along with
Richard and Mary Carpenter. Richard, a member of the popular 70s duo the "Carpenters," has two of his five children
currently attending Westlake High School. The family generously donated $1 million toward the renovation
of the theater, which also received a name change from "Westlake High School Theater" to "Carpenter Family Theater"
in their honor.

Police Administration Building Wins CMAA Honorable Mention
May 6, 2010
The Los Angeles Police Administration Building received an honorable mention from the Southern California Chapter
of CMAA in the 2010 Project Achievement Awards for projects with a construction value greater than $100 million.
The Vanir project team was honored at an awards ceremony held on May 6, 2010.
