Vanir Announces New Southeast Region

Vanir is pleased to announce the establishment of its new Southeast Region, headquartered in New Orleans, LA. In addition to Louisiana, the region is comprised of the District of Columbia and the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, North and South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

The office is led by New Orleans native Bill Lacher, Vice President at Vanir. Mr. Lacher has more than 30 years of experience in the construction management industry and will serve as Regional Manager for the Southeast Region and Area Manager for Louisiana. Mr. Lacher started with Vanir in 1990 and has been instrumental in the success of numerous projects across multiple market segments, including the recent construction of the new city of Los Angeles police headquarters facility, numerous California public schools and public buildings. He is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), LEED Accredited Professional, and member of multiple industry associations.

“I am thrilled to be back in New Orleans where I am able to combine my professional background with my knowledge and love of this city, as well as the Southeast region of the country,” said Mr. Lacher. “There are so many new construction and restoration opportunities here and I am proud to lead the charge in bringing Vanir’s expert solutions to the table.”
