Vanir’s Project Wins CMAA Award!

William S. Hart Union High School District’s Junior Air Force ROTC Facility at Valencia High School has received a Project Achievement Award from the Southern California Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America. The category was for Best Public Sector Projects less than $10 million.

Vanir provided construction management services for the Junior Air Force ROTC facility, which was built within the existing high school campus and completed in September 2007. The project included a new, free-standing ROTC Classroom Building (3,240 square feet), a new, free-standing Restroom Building (600 square feet), a Lunch Shelter structure (1300 square feet), and over 16,000 square feet of associated hardscape and landscape.
