Groundbreaking for Vanir’s New Headquarters
Sacramento, CA
June 28, 2007

A groundbreaking ceremony for Vanir’s new headquarters was held in Sacramento on June 28 and attended by several members of the project delivery team: Vanir Development, Bagatelos Development, Vanir Construction Management, John F. Otto and RMW architecture & interiors. Dorene Dominguez, Chairman of the Board for Vanir, introduced the team members and welcomed everyone to the beginning of a very exciting project.

The three-story, 60,000 square foot office building will be the first project constructed by the joint venture of Vanir Construction Management, Inc. and John F. Otto, Inc. The project includes a partnership with Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), in an effort for the building to have the most efficient use of energy.

Located on 2.4 acres in the Natomas area of Sacramento, the new headquarters will be highly visible from Interstate 5 and convenient to the airport, restaurants and hotels. The Vanir companies will occupy approximately 25,000 square feet and the balance will be leased to compatible office and medical users. The anticipated completion date is April 2008.
