Vanir’s California Independent System Operator (ISO) Iron Point Facility in Folsom, CA has attained LEED Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Vanir was recognized on May 19 by the Pacific Northwest Chapter of CMAA with a Project Achievement Award for the Mercer Island Sewer Lake Line and Pump Station No. 4 Replacement Project.

Vanir is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Whitehead to the position of area manager/ associate.


Vanir is pleased to announce that the Carpenter Family Theatre at Westlake High School has won a 2011 Project Achievement Award from the Southern California Chapter of CMAA.  The project won in the building renovation category for projects with a construction value of less than $10 million.


Earlier this week, Vanir Construction Management, Inc.  joined Sierra College to celebrate the recently completed expansion of the Nevada County Campus.  Vanir provided construction management services for the program, which took place over the course of four years.


Vanir Construction Management, Inc. announced today that Dorene Dominguez has received the New America Alliance (NAA) Business Achievement Award. Dominguez is the CEO of the Vanir Group of Companies and serves as chairman of the board for Vanir Construction Management, Inc.

Vanir hosted its 21st Annual PM/CM Conference on November 5 and 6, 2010. This year’s theme, The High-Velocity Edge, was inspired by the book of the same name written by Steven J. Spear, the keynote speaker.
New San Juan High School held its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, October 8, 2010 to celebrate the completion of the school’s new career technical facilities.
