Vanir Construction Management, Inc. today announced that Gregoria “Gigi” Moran has joined the company as marketing and business development manager in Arizona. Moran will work with Arizona Area Manager Jennifer Frost to create strategies to attract new and retain existing clients.

Vanir recently celebrated the ground breaking of the St. Paul the Apostle New Learning Center and Gymnasium.  This $14 million project located in the Westwood area of Los Angeles, includes 36,000 SF of new construction adjacent to an active school and worship facilities.

The new building will house San Francisco’s police administrative headquarters, the relocated southern district police station, a new fire station (Station #4) for the San Francisco Fire Department, and staff vehicle parking.
The Hayward Unified School District Measure I Bond Program has won the 2013 Project of the Year award from the Northern California Chapter of CMAA for projects over $100 million. Vanir was honored at an awards ceremony held on April 25, 2013 at the Concord Hilton.
On March 25, Vanir donated 20 hard hats to the Clinton-Mendenhall Elementary School in Garden Grove, CA.  After learning that the school’s search and rescue team needed the hats to complete their emergency kits, Vanir was happy to help.
Vanir is excited to announce that Playa Vista Elementary School (CRES #22) has won a 2013 Project Achievement Award from the Southern California Chapter of CMAA.
