Ms. Dominguez succeeded her beloved father, the late H. Frank Dominguez, to serve as Chairman of the Board. In her role, she oversees all offices throughout the United States and internationally in the GCC region.

An avid philanthropist and active member of various community improvement projects, boards and commissions, Ms. Dominguez has a particular interest in aiding the Hispanic community and helping others. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for both American River Bank and PRIDE Industries and is involved with several organizations, including the Young Presidents Organization and New America Alliance, among others.

Relying on more than 30 years experience in the construction and construction management industry, Mansour Aliabadi serves as President and Chief Executive Officer in charge of all operations for the company. He joined Vanir in 1982 and served as Executive Vice President from 1984 until assuming his present role in November 1992. He has played a major role in establishing Vanir as a leading provider of construction and program management services to public and private sector clients in the United States and internationally.

Mr. Aliabadi has been a longtime member of the Construction Management Association of America, serving as the 2003 national president. He is recognized for bringing experience, knowledge and sensitivity to all projects – qualities affirmed by his long-standing client relationships.

A certified construction manager and registered architect with more than 30 years of experience, Mani Subramanian serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Director of Project Operations. In this role, he provides expertise on developing and implementing management systems to ensure quality of service in all of Vanir’s regions and market segments.

Mr. Subramanian has led large and complex programs in multiple market segments. He is passionate about advancing the CM industry and is an active participant and leader in industry organizations such as Construction Management Association of America and Construction Manager Certification Institute. He is active in promoting and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other technologies for various projects and programs and is a frequent speaker at industry forums.

As Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Vanir Construction Management, Alexander V. Leon is in charge of company-wide financial operations and responsible for banking relationships and arranging proper financing. He also serves on the Board of Directors. By applying his 20-year background in the finance side of construction and construction management, Mr. Leon has played a key role in the growth of Vanir.

Mr. Leon is a member of several associations, including the American Management Association, Construction Financial Management Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Treasury Management Association, and an active member of various community improvement projects. He also holds leadership roles within the Vanir Group of Companies, including President of Vanir Energy.
